Chat Rules!

12.) No asking for higher ranks! Basically, you EARN it.

13.) The most IMPORTANT RULE of all, NO ADVERTISING YOUR BLOG.

14.) Don't unban ANYONE unless u ask a mod or owner. (If your mod and ther no owners ask another mod)
